GuitarTricks Blues Guitar Lessons
The oldest online guitar lessons website is Guitar Tricks, they’ve been doing this for about 10 years. Like JamPlay they have tons of online content across an array of styles including the blues.
Guitar Tricks has 7 different instructors that provide blues guitar lessons online and they are updating their database of lessons weekly, this means there are frequently new blues lessons added to the mix.
The downfall to Guitar Tricks is that some of their lesson content is a bit older. This isn’t to say that the instruction isn’t as good as that provided by JamPlay, but the video quality isn’t as good. This is primarily because their site is older so some of the lessons are older as well.
Like JamPlay, Guitar Tricks offers their practice tool called the “JamStation”. The Jam Station is a collection of over 200 jam tracks you can use to play along with as you practice. One of the main categories is blues.
As for Price, well Guitar Tricks is a bit cheaper then JamPlay, coming in at $14.95 a month.
